The connecting link is the winding itself and is part of the buoy's stand. When the hook (for example a carabiner) is connected to the upper part of the stand and falls down from a higher position to a lower position against the buoy, the hook automatically adjusts along the radius of the rods when the traction force in the line increases. That relationship is the achievement itself. The extension enables the mooring buoy, even during towing, to be in an upright position and to remain visible, and for the suspension in the mooring to be minimal. This also means that an electric lighting device and other accessories can be mounted on the top of the stand without risking ending up in the water. Characteristic part: The characteristic of the invention is the design of the frame with the vertical fastening rods which have a radius which corresponds to the distance to the center loop of the buoy.
